A key component of my work is equus coaching which helps clients dive deeper into their own processes and patterns and serves as a wonderful baseline assessment.
Some people choose to include horses in our work together. Others don't. Both are equally welcome. I've found that horses have an extraordinary way of helping us see the patterns, assumptions, and ways of being that often remain hidden in everyday life.
You don't need horse experience for this type of coaching; all you need is your natural curiosity.
