Is coaching for you?
I always suggest that new clients begin with a minimum of a three-month commitment to the process. The length of the relationship is always left up to the client going forward. I have some people that I've worked with for years on a semi-regular basis. With new clients, it's been my experience that it takes some time for the relationship to find its rhythm and more importantly, to establish trust and confidence. By meeting every other week, clients have time and opportunity to integrate what they're learning through the coaching process.
I also encourage all of my clients, when able, to begin the coaching process with an equus coaching session. Hands-on work with horses is an extremely dynamic experience that brings to light, quickly and clearly, problematic patterns and blocks that are effecting other areas of life.
You will leave the experience refreshed with a rich, deep insight into your own ways of being and new ideas and confidence about how to navigate.
My client base includes parents, entrepreneurs, career-changers, seekers, CEOs, artists, writers and executives.
I provide my clients with:
-a safe, non-judgmental space to explore goals
-new tools to navigate individual challenges
-insight/feedback and action steps
-ongoing support between sessions (typically via email/text)
-skills to help dissolve negative patterns
-homework on an as-needed/wanted basis
A three-month (twice per month and six sessions total) package is $1200 and can be scheduled in person, phone, Zoom or Facetime, depending on the client location/preference.
(Additional fees apply for equus coaching sessions)
Single 60 minute-sessions are $200 per session.
An initial 20-minute session, where we establish together whether we're a good fit for each other, is always free.
